Power went out over the storms and I didn’t have a backup sump pump and basement flooded first time home owner so I didn’t think of it until it was too late.
Called everyone in the area for help and Andrew was there the following morning helping get the water out of the basement and dry. Was freaking out an Andrew reassured me several times throughout the whole process and was an absolute pleasure to deal with returned and answered all my phone calls and texts and was never a problem to get ahold of.
Fingers crossed this never happens again but if it did I would absolutely be reaching back out to Andrew and Independent Restoration Services without a second thought. Andrew thank you for everything sir.

The spigot on the side of my house recently broke, flooding the downstairs. I had three companies out to provide estimates, with this company being the last. My experience with Josh, the owner, was infinitely better than either of the other two companies. I am *just* handy enough to have taken some action on my own, but there was still work to be done. Josh was incredibly honest about my situation, and the work that I completed beforehand. He acknowledged/validated my work and didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need- the other companies were *more* than happy to provide quotes in the thousands. Instead, Josh took the time to talk me through the remainder of my issue and allowed me to ask questions, even after it was apparent I wouldn't need his services. The level of knowledge he demonstrated was far beyond that of either of the two prior companies, and I truly appreciate the level of honesty and *community* service he provided (he sure didn't have to help me). I would absolutely hire Josh if he provided another service. Just, please... no more water damage.

We called Jeremy after pipe burst and soaked our house. He and his crew were here so quickly and got our house dried out and all of my items boxed neatly. Even as I hope we never have to have water remediation again, I will absolutely 💯 recommend him and his company! These guys know their business and explained the process every step of the way.
On 03/29/24 at around 11:30 pm Josh of IRS came to our home on an emergency water main valve breakage.He came driving over an hour away arriving with a smile, a great work ethic and professionalism that is second to NONE!!! Josh not only cares about getting the job done correctly and in a timely matter, what impressed me the most was his heart that cared for my family in a very difficult situation. He loves customer service more than contracts and costs!! He has gone far above and beyond the call of duty according to the services that are received by most companies today. I believe that God has his Angels everywhere waiting to work on your behalf. Well on this night our Angel was Josh!! My family and I will Never Ever forget what he did for us! Hey Viewers, I would just like to take the time to give a "Big" shout out to Independent Restoration Services! The owner of the great company, Josh, went above and beyond the expectations of a contractor. This past weekend my husband and I had a main water line to break in our laundry room and caused lots of water damage to floors , walls and some of our personal property. This unexpected emergency pushed us to go online and find a reputable company that would respond after hours. We contacted the receptionist for Independent Restoration Services and she immediately dispatched an agent. We was exhausted when he arrived, but he calmly introduced himself and went right to work. This man came prepared with all the right equipment and handled the situation with such "Professionalism"! We definitely be a repeat customer with them. He cares about the customer FIRST!!
